Refund Policy
Digital Services
Due to the custom and labor-intensive nature of digital services (e.g., web development, mobile apps, software, and media content), refunds are generally not issued once work has begun.
Possible Refund Scenarios (Digital):
Full refund if canceled before work starts.
Partial refund (minus hours worked) if canceled during a project.
Physical Products
Refunds for physical products (e.g., branded merchandise or accessories) are available under these conditions:
Product must be returned unused, in original packaging, within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds will be processed once the item is inspected and approved.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense (unless item was defective or incorrect).
Return Policy
Digital Services:
No returns are accepted for delivered digital products, such as websites, software, or content, due to their non-tangible nature. However, we work closely with clients through revisions to ensure satisfaction.
Physical Products:
We accept returns if:
Item was damaged or defective upon delivery.
Incorrect item was received.
Return Process:

Include order number, photos of the product, and reason for return.
Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.
Cancellation Policy
Digital Services:
Before Work Starts: Full refund.
After Work Starts: Partial refund based on work completed.
After Completion: No cancellations accepted.
Physical Orders:
Orders can be canceled before shipment.
Once shipped, items follow the standard return policy above.
